Scott was amazing. We had him out for a Friday night emergency fix after a pipe in the wall blew. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. Will definitely be going through him again, just hopefully not for an emergency next time

Phenomenal service and communication! Plumber was running late due to the job before us. Even though the arrival window was only going to be slightly out loaded the agreed upon time, dispatch contacted me to let me know. Much appreciated. We had a toilet leak in an upstairs bathroom. Laynee was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. She laid out all of the options so I was prepared for anything that might be found. Try transparent about pricing. All in all, a great experience! Highly recommended. They will have future business from me!

Abe came out on Sunday and repaired the pipe that flows water into the toilet and installed the toilet. He was friendly, kind, and did an excellent job! When he called that he was on his way, he even offered to bring us water because he knew ours was shut off due to the open pipe. Abe was a pleasure to do business with. It was especially nice to not have to pay the weekend rate for his service. We really appreciated that! I recommend Paul Bunyan plumbing and will definitely use them in the future! I recently had my water heater flushed as part of a $29.99 promotion by Paul Bunyan. The tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and answered my questions. I figured that the promotion would come with a sales pitch for more work, which it did as he was wrapping up. However, it was a soft pitch, and I never felt pressure to sign up for additional work. The next day, I was in the utility room and noticed about five little cards that identified different shut-off valves. The tech never mentioned adding them, but thought that it was a great idea. Yes, they are branded with Paul Bunyan information, but in an emergency, these could be very helpful. I’m not sure how their prices compare with other companies, but every experience I have had with Paul Bunyan has been positive, and I recommend checking them out.

Matthew was perfectly polite and wonderfully professional. He gave me several options for our kitchen plumbing project, and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. I felt no pressure for the more expensive options (and went with a cheaper choice). He was also able to give us good and timely advice for other parts of our plumbing! We’d happily work with him again ^_^
